Watch Folder Manager¶
The Watch Folder Manager shows all of the current watch folders created on each Location.
Watch folders can be edited any time by highlighting the desired folder and or pressing Control,⌘ + U.
Deleting Watch Folders¶
To delete a watch folder, select it from the list and or press Delete. You can delete one watch folder at a time. Once you have deleted a watch folder, any user with access will no longer be able to use it.
Updating Watch Folders¶
To modify the description, expiry, direction, or frequency of a watch folder, select it from the list and . This opens a dialog box where the watch folder settings can be modified.
Bypassing the Watch Folder Frequency¶
To upload or download from a watch folder before the set frequency, use the Start Watching Immediately Toggle. This allows the watch folder to temporarily bypass the frequency. After the transfer(s) are complete, the watch folder will resort back to the set frequency.
Refreshing Watch Folders¶
To refresh a watch folder, select it from the list and .
