Install/Upgrade¶
To install the Cumul8:Jetstream client, use:
dpkg -i cumul8-jetstream-client_<version>.deb
The Cumul8:Jetstream client will be installed into /usr/local/libexec/jetstream-client, and a symlink created to /usr/local/bin/jetstream-client. The documentation can be found in /usr/local/share/jetstream-client/docs.
A sysctl file will be installed in /etc/sysctl.d/90-jetstream.conf. This setting is recommended in order to improve the performance of networking on the machine and get the best performance when using Cumul8:Jetstream.
The client can be started by running jetstream-client.
