WranglersΒΆ
A wrangler is a user that can manage the transfers of other users. A superuser can grant wrangler permissions to any OS user name or group name.
Typically, objects, such as transfers, manifests, and destinations, can only be viewed, modified, and deleted by the user who created the object. By making the API call wrangler()
, a wrangler user can modify and delete objects owned by other users.
Note
Superusers are always wranglers. Calling superuser()
grants both wrangler permissions and superuser permissions.
