Watch Folder Manager¶
The Watch Folder Manager shows all of the current watch folders created on each Location.
Watch folders can be edited any time by highliting the desired folder and or press Control,⌘ + U..
Deleting Watch Folders¶
To delete a watch folder, select it from the list and or press Delete. You can select multiple watch folders to delete if you wish. Once you have deleted a watch folder, any user with access will no longer be able to use it.
Updating Watch Folders¶
To modify the description, expiry, direction, or frequency of a watch folder, select it from the list and . This opens a dialog box where the watch folder settings can be modified.
Bypassing the Watch Folder Frequency¶
To upload or download from a watch folder before the set frequency, use the Start Watching Immediately Toggle. This allows the watch folder to temporarily bypass the frequency. After the transfer(s) are complete, the watch folder will resort back to the set frequency.
Refreshing Watch Folders¶
To refresh a watch folder, select it from the list and .
